Our story starts in the 1980s with my grandfather, Bruce Esquinaldo Sr., who founded Challenger Pools of Tampa and helped build the pool industry in the region from the ground up. My father, Bruce Esquinaldo Jr., worked alongside him, turning backyards across the region into places families would remember for a lifetime.
 

I didn't just grow up hearing about the pool business. I grew up in it. Before I could walk a jobsite on my own, my dad was pushing me around in a stroller between rebar and gunite. Pool construction wasn't a career I chose later in life. It was the family business, and it raised me right alongside it.

As I got older, I worked my way through the trade: service, project management and customer service, then design and sales. Each role taught me something the last one couldn't. Service taught me what breaks trust. Project management taught me what builds it. Design and sales taught me how to turn a builder's craftsmanship into something a homeowner falls in love with before a shovel hits the ground.

Now I bring all of it to marketing. I'm not an outside agency guessing at what pool builders need. I've lived every stage of this business, and I built Mythic Metrics because I got tired of watching great builders lose jobs to competitors who simply marketed better.

This industry raised me. Now I help the builders in it grow.
